East Flag City is considered to be the most prosperous city within the Eastern Domain of the Immortal Emperor Domain.

These four king cities are located in the southeast and northwest and are headed by the four most valued great powers of the Immortal Emperor, and this East Flag City is headed by the East Chess King.
