Vice-Commander Yang had been transferred to the military region to replace Vice-Commander Wang after military discipline had uncovered a bribery problem with him, and after taking office, he had specifically spoken to Lin Kai regarding the matter of Vice-Commander Wang harbouring Dong Jun from the police department and having Inspector Ma take him into custody in the inspector’s office.

Today, Vice Commander Yang had come to pay his condolences to Song Mingyuan specifically for the murder of Song Mingyuan in the military compound, at the home of Master Song.
