The villas in this area are all large villas, supposedly built by people who were in a position to buy good plots of land and build their own large villas when Guancheng was first developed.
Those rich people who could not buy good plots of land and wanted to live in bigger villas usually bought a few small villas and then joined them together and remodelled them to make big mansions.
After a silent moment, Shang Xiaofei said, “That’s also why many people wanted this big villa of my neighbour’s when the rumour came out that it was for sale.”
A group of people walked out of the big villa.

Shang Xiaofei was sharp-eyed and recognised at a glance that the person who came out flanked by several men in black was Jun Ran.

Shang Xiaofei muttered, “Is it hard to say that he plans to settle down in Guancheng?”
Jun Ran was only in charge of Feng Chen Group’s business in Guancheng, and would often return to A City, his home was there. He also had a house in Guancheng, but there was only one villa, so he didn’t buy any more properties, which seemed normal to others, after all, he was from city A, and still had to go back to city A.
Now Jun Ran buys a big villa with a front and back yard, covering more than a thousand square feet, and it is Shang Xiaofei who mutters.
Hai Tong said, “Isn’t it normal for them, the young masters out of these hundred billion dollar giants, to have many properties under their names? The property deeds that the one in my family handed over to me for safekeeping, the keys to the house, are just a whole bunch of them.”

Jun Ran came out of the big villa and was about to get into his car to leave when his bodyguard whispered something to him, he turned his head to look and saw Shang Xiaofei and Hai Tong, with a slight hesitation he walked towards the two.
The visitor was a guest, and when Jun Ran even came over, Shang Xiaofei opened the villa’s door and looked at Jun Ran with a smile as he approached.
“Jun Wu Shao, we meet again.”
Jun Ran smiled back, “Yes, we meet again.”
He nodded again towards Hai Tong in greeting, “Eldest Young Grandmother.”
“Fifth young master.”
Hai Tong called out to him as well.
Shang Xiaofei asked Jun Ran, “Did Fifth Young Master Jun buy that villa?”
“Well, I bought it.”
“Fifth young master is really well-informed, we have been neighbours with the Zhang family for more than ten years, so we thought we would receive the fastest news, but when our family tried to buy the Zhang family’s big villa, we were told that it had already been sold. I was thinking who had bought it, but I didn’t expect it would be Jun Wu Shao.”
