Yang Yang did not want to be held by Mrs Shang, but he was willing to call out for people, and he would call out for whatever his mother taught him.
“The boy is so cute.”
Lan Jing smiled, “Can you let me hold him?”
Mrs. Shang said, “Yang Yang doesn’t even want me to hold him, would he want you to?”
Lan Jing tried to stretch out her hand, but to her surprise, after Yang Yang looked at her, she actually stretched out her two little hands and asked Lan Jing to hug her.
Mrs. Shang: “Yang Yang will still pick people.”
“Yang Yang usually doesn’t pick people, but she was scared last time. Auntie, the next time we meet again, Yang Yang will want you to hug her.”
Yang Yang was willing to follow Lan Jing, which surprised even Hai Ling. “Hai Ling, Hai Tong, this is my eldest son Shang Wuxing, your cousin.”
Mrs Shang did not forget to introduce her two sons to her niece.
Both sisters called Shang Wuchen a cousin.
Shang Wuchen smiled back and did not say anything.
Mrs Shang pointed at her second son Shang Kai again and said, “This is my youngest son Shang Kai, he is two years younger than Hai Ling and three years older than Hai Tong.”
Hai Ling called him her cousin, while Hai Tong called him her second cousin.
“Little aunt hugs.”
Yang Yang let Lan Jing hug him for a while and then tried to return to his little aunt’s embrace.
Hai Tong hurriedly reached out to hug her nephew back.
Shang Wuchen’s eyes saw the diamond ring that Hai Tong was wearing on her left ring finger, and he looked at it, how it looked a bit familiar.
It seemed like not long ago, he had seen someone wearing a diamond ring of the same type on their hand.
Shang Wuzhen stared at the diamond ring on Hai Tong’s hand for a while.
“Go inside, it’s cold outside the house and it’s too windy today.”
Mr. Shang greeted everyone and went into the villa, while saying to his daughter, “Xiaofei, you drive the car in.”
Shang Xiaofei complied and drove into the villa and parked on the open car park, and Hai Ling followed her, driving her sister’s car into the merchant’s villa as well.
Then, the group walked into the magnificent main house, talking and laughing.
The gifts bought by the two Hai Tong sisters were taken by their own maids.
Seeing her niece buy so many things over, Mrs Shang said to the sisters, “Auntie is not an outsider, there is no need to buy so many things when you come to Auntie’s house, Auntie doesn’t lack anything.”
“Didn’t buy anything either.”
Hai Tong followed Mrs. Shang with Yang Yang in her arms, and Shang Xiaofei parked the car and waited for Hai Ling to catch up with her.
Once inside the gorgeous main house, everyone sat down on the sofa.
“Anna.”
Shang Wuchen tugged at his wife’s sleeve in a whisper, and as Lan Jing looked at him, he whispered, “I have something to say to you, let’s go upstairs.”
Lan Jing also whispered in response to him, “Let’s talk about what you have to say later, the two cousins have just arrived.”
“We have Mum and Dad and Xiao Fei with us.”
Shang Wuchen remembered whose hand the familiar diamond ring was on, and he wanted his wife to find a chance to ask Haitong about it later.
Lan Jing looked at her husband’s serious expression and saw that her in-laws’ attention was not on the couple, before she quietly followed him upstairs.
When they returned to the couple’s room, Shang Wuxing closed the door and locked it behind them to keep people out.
Lan Jing asked curiously, “Wuchen, what is it? You have such a serious expression.”
