As Song Linna ran in one breath to the entrance of the military compound, Zhou Peng poked his head out of the cab of an Audi parked outside the block and waved at her.
Song Lina stepped forward and asked, “Cousin, where do you think Lin Kai is injured now?”
“The orthopaedic hospital.” Zhou Peng replied.
“How badly is he hurt? Is his life in danger?” Song Lina asked eagerly.
“You’ll know if you go and see, get in the car!” Zhou Peng urged.
“Alright then!” Song Lina was so concerned about Lin Kai’s safety that she didn’t even think about it that much, pulling open the door and sitting on her butt in the car’s pa*senger seat.
Zhou Peng immediately started the car and the Audi instantly picked up speed and sped off along the neon-lit street in the direction of the Orthopaedic Hospital.
After Zhou Peng drove the Audi for a few streets, Song Linna suddenly felt that the direction of the orthopaedic hospital was a bit wrong, so she asked.
“Cousin, isn’t the orthopaedic hospital in the city centre, why are you driving towards the suburbs?”
Zhou Peng explained, “I took you to the branch of the orthopaedic hospital, which is closer to the site of the accident.”

The place was deserted and looked very desolate.
Zhou Peng pointed to a factory with lights on and said, “This is the branch of the orthopaedic hospital, and Lin Kai is being resuscitated in here.”
“BullSh*t,” Song Lina then realised that she had been kidnapped by Zhou Peng and asked in a stern voice, “Zhou Peng, what do you mean by that, why did you lie to me and bring me here?”
“Does that even need to be asked?” Zhou Peng smiled and said, “To tell you the truth, that kid Lin Kai is against us at every turn and wants to put me to death, I just want to use you as bait to call him here to get rid of him!”
“You’re despicable!” Song Lina clenched her fist and attacked Zhou Peng’s face.
She had mastered basic grappling and fighting techniques during her time training with the Special Forces, and tried to subdue Zhou Peng and escape from here after knocking him out with one punch.
However, she thought wrongly, Zhou Peng had learnt a lot of kung fu from Ghost Shadow since he had followed him, and it was no problem at all to deal with such fancy moves of Song Lina.
As soon as he grabbed Song Lina’s wrist and found the bloodline with gentle force, Song Lina felt her arm go numb and could not exert any strength at all.
“Cousin, don’t bother exerting yourself,” Zhou Peng said after letting go of her wrist and pulling open the car door to get out, “Better be good and listen to my words and call Lin Kai over, as long as it’s through you and get rid of Lin Kai, cousin won’t make it hard for you!”
Song Lina looked at Zhou Peng angrily and said, “I advise you to stop dreaming, I will not betray Lin Kai and become your accomplice even if I die!”
At this moment, two men in black clothes standing at the entrance of the factory came over, one of them, a man with a collapsed nose, pulled open the car door and was about to reach out to pull Song Lina.

The car door pushed open and a man wearing sungla*ses stepped down.

The white suit was lined with a flowery plaid shirt, and such dressing taste made Song Lina despise it.
“How dare you wear white when you look like this?” Song Lina cursed in her heart.
“Third Brother, that’s her, she’s my cousin Song Linina, and Lin Kai’s girlfriend,” Zhou Peng said smilingly as he walked up to Tie Kuan Li.
“You’re Lin Kai’s girlfriend?” Tie Cradle Li asked with a smile as he took off his sungla*ses, revealing a pair of puffy eyes hollowed out by eroticism.
“Yes.” Song Lina said with a nod.
“We want him dead tonight, you don’t have a problem with that do you?” Tie Wuan Li continued to ask.
“Yes.” Again, Sungina nodded her head.
“So, you want to keep him alive?” Tie Chuan Li asked with a smile.
“Yes,” Song Lina replied, “I’m willing to pay a big price if you let him go ……”
“How much would be considered a big price?” Tie Wuan Li asked playfully.
“Five million,” Song Lina said without thinking, “As long as you get Lin Kai killed, I’ll have my father give you five million Huaxia dollars, what do you think?”
“That’s a tempting offer, I’ll have to think about it,” said Iron Cradle Li as he scanned Song Linna’s body once again, “Don’t you feel hot with so much clothing? I have a habit of meeting face to face with women who wear simpler, more revealing clothes, so why don’t you take off your jacket?”
