The event venue for the Gemstone Convention is located in the city centre.
The convention centre was already extremely busy when Cliff showed up disguised as a celebrity noblewoman.

The few experts were still holding on, while Cliff threw out a glass bead, which exploded with a bang in mid-air, emitting a blinding light, and while the experts were lost in thought, Cliff appeared on top of the counter.
The counter’s insurance system was virtually indistinguishable from white paper to her.
She was 100% sure of getting the gem before the masters got their wits about them, but just as she was about to get it, a cold grunt sounded.

Clive was a little stunned.
