Like a small boat floating on the sea, it drifted for an unknown period of time before finally sailing into the harbour.
By the time Mo had finished, Zheng Yan was so tired that she had curled up into a shrimp, calling him “b*****d” and “liar” before falling under the covers.
She didn’t even bother to move a single finger.
She only remembered what he had said and muttered every now and then.
“You’re lying …… you’re not a big brother ……”

Her memories were confused.
There was confusion in herself as to who exactly was Mo Eternal and who was the big brother next door, or, perhaps, she sensed something.
Mo Eternal hugged her, his long fingers caressing her brow greedily.
Tenderly, he dropped a kiss on her brow.
The corners of his mouth curled into a doting smile.
The coldness in his entire body seemed to fade away, and the heart beat at a different rate when he held her.
Filled, content.
She was his now.
The little girl who had missed him since she was a child, and who ended up as a vermilion mole on his heart.
He originally thought that she had long forgotten him, and perhaps all he could do in this life was to watch and guard her from afar.
But fate eventually entwined them ……
“Zheng Yan.”
“Jeongyeon.”
He shouted her name over and over again, like he couldn’t get enough of it.
The man, who was always mature and stable, seemed to be infected by her as a child as well.
“I’m your big brother ……”
“Pop-”
A slap, exhaled to his face, accompanied by Zheng Yan’s voice of disgust, “Noisy, don’t want it …… to sleep ……”

She had dreams.

Zheng Yan rolled on the floor with her blanket.
Reaching up and peeling back the covers, she got out from inside, unable to stop herself from huffing backwards even if she moved a little with all the soreness.
When she saw the room in front of her and was sure that she was in Mo Eternal’s villa, her whole body didn’t rush to get up, but turned around and plopped down on the edge of the bed.
She reached out and pinched her face, baring her teeth in pain, and twisted her head to look around again.
It hurt, so it wasn’t that she was dreaming, she had really put Mo Eternal to bed?
